This website can be used without providing personal data. Where personal data is collected, this is done on a voluntary basis wherever possible.

This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel. Wix is a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR; a data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum) is in place. An adequacy decision of the European Commission exists for Israel (Art. 45 GDPR). Where Wix processes data in other third countries, in particular the USA, this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR) and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 4. Server log files
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL. This data is not merged with other data sources and serves the technical provision, security and error analysis of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). It is deleted in accordance with the hosting provider's policies.

This website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the website (for example for security, load balancing and storing your cookie preferences) are set on the basis of Section 25 (2) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. All other cookies are set only with your express consent via the cookie banner (Section 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser; the functionality of the website may then be limited. If you send me an enquiry via the contact form, your details (name, e-mail address, message) are stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for follow-up questions. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and, where the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, on the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The data is technically transmitted via and stored by the hosting provider Wix. I do not pass this data on without your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail to seh.hoffmann@outlook.de; the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

If you contact me by e-mail or telephone, your details are stored for the purpose of handling your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for this purpose and no retention obligations apply.
